El OptiFlosm KX500 “phi” HV Impeller, otro elemento imprescindible KX500 motor
Solo hay 3 formas de agregar refrigeraci6n adicional a su KX500:
- Mayor area del radiador frontal. No va a suceder en los confines de las cubiertas del radiador KX500 y radiadores mas gruesos solo un poco retrasar lo inevitable
- Aire mas frio que pasa a traves del radiador. Estrictamente sujeto a la temperatura del aire en la que viaja.
- MMas flujo de refrigerante. jAqui es donde el impulsor KX500 de alto volumen “phi” de MSV Racing hace su magia!
El riguroso banco de flujo y las pruebas de carrera MX del mundo real validaron el rendimiento del impulsor “phi” del MSV Racing. Mecanizado a partir de aluminio 7075 T6- 5l 1 para mayor durabilidad y resistencia al estres, el impulsor “phi” mejora drasticamente el rendimiento de refrigeraci6n y bombeo H2O de su KX500 sobre los impulsores OEM, MX y AS3 de Frank, jtotalmente domina a la competencia!
Las paletas de impulsor “phi” KX500 estan diseiiadas por computadora utilizando proporciones de “Proporci6n Aurea” basadas en la carcasa de la bomba H2O de la KX500. Esto se suma a las tolerancias mas cercanas entre el impulsor y la oferta de la carcasa + 1.2 GPM promedio mas flujo de refrigerante. Este aumento en el flujo reduce el tiempo de ciclo entre el motor y los radiadores, lo que permite una eliminaci6n de calor mas rapida, jreduciendo las temperaturas de la cabeza y el refrigerante hasta 18 * f cuando mas lo necesita!
Recuerde, caballos de fuerza / RPM = calor. Prevenir el remojo termico de sus motores la clave para construir y mantener el maximo rendimiento del motor. Cuanto mas eficiente sea el sistema de refrigeraci6n del motor, mas calor (caballos de fuerza) puede manejar.

Nota* Para garantizar la facilidad de instalaci6n, cada impeller viene con un conjunto de juntas de cubierta de bomba H2O para una instalaci6n perfecta.

Jason, finally got around to starting my KX500 with your precision machined high flow impeller. I did not measure the flow rate of the cooling system with your impeller, but from looking in the radiator with the engine running I can see it does have significantly more flow (turbulence in the radiator) over the stocker. It’s almost like a “tempest in a teapot”. Based on that perception and measuring the clearances to the impeller housing with your impeller and the stocker, it is easy to conclude your impeller will flow more coolant and cavitate less than the stocker. From a visual comparison of the two impellers yours is more “hydrodynamically” designed, the machining is excellent and the visual appearance is outstanding over the stocker. It is a shame that a part this good is going to be covered up by the impeller housing. When the weather clears up and my surgery heals I will be doing some extended radiator temperature testing. Really good work!!

My thoughts on the impeller after testing on my Super Moto and both my Land Speed bikes is that NOTHING cools better than the MSV Racing PHI impeller… 2 miles, 5th gear pinned… high port timing… Zero overheating and I’ve been running without shrouds. The harder you push your bike the more you need it..
