Este rendimiento Honda CR500 Colector de escape se ajusta a la 1985-2001 CR500 motor.
Nuestros colectores de escape estan construidos de aluminio 7075 T6-5l l de palanquilla de grado Aeroespacial. Esto los hace dos veces mas fuertes que el 6061 del que estan hechos la mayoria de las piezas de aluminio y otros colectores de escape de aluminio y viene con los 4 anillos 0 de alta temperatura instalados . Mejores materiales hacen un mejor producto.
Dyna probado para proporcionar hasta +3.9hp y +1.41bft tq dependiendo de su construcci6n del motor.
No cometa el error y compre otro colector que tendra que reemplazar debido a un ajuste inferior, materiales de menor calidad o un mal servicio al cliente. - Hay anillos O de alta temperatura en la vieja espiga maniqueo sellan la camara de expansion y detienen el babeo negro que puede filtrarse con la brida OEM. Esto tambien permite una facil extracci6n e instalaci6n de tuberias sin tener que volver a sellar.
- Un 4to anillo O en la parte posterior de la brida elimina la junta y detiene la necesidad de comprar una junta o raspar una sola vez al hacer el trabajo de gama alta, etc.
- Las versiones recubiertas de ceramica promueven el flujo de escape al mantener la temperatura de escape al evitar que la temperatura de escape se disipe a traves de la brida Al. El recubrimiento ceramico tambien inhibe los dep6sitos de carbono. Tambien conservan su color con cero desvanecimientos.
- Todas las versiones de nuestro colector de escape CF500 tienen un cono de plomo de .500 “en el orificio del puerto de escape en el lado de la brida que permite una coincidencia de puerto de escape mas grande para promover mas potencia.
- Son menos de 1/2 el peso de la brida OEM. (lMencionamos, menos de la mitad!)

Been riding CRs (125,250, and 500s) for years. Always having the annoying spooge leaking from the exhaust manifold. What MSV has done is design and provide what we’ve all been missing for decades.
I’ve had my 2001 CR500 Snowbike equipped with one of these beautiful, effective, and cost friendly parts since 2017. This bike sees wide open throttle and high temperatures all day long. The MSV CR50 Exe. manifold doesn’t leak a drop. Upon removing the exhaust for some cylinder porting upgrades the manifold looked great considering all the vibration the CR5 gets. Cheers!

If you have a CR500, the MSV exhaust manifold is a MUST! Been struggling with properly sealing the exhaust pipe and stopping it from leaking and getting oil all over the front cylinder. Bought OEM manifold and seals twice and still leaked. Install this on my bike and haven’t had a drop come out anywhere. This manifold is well worth it.

I only have one ride on it, and it looks fantastic. Production quality is first rate! No more leaks. Used dielectric grease on install per instructions. Durability remains to be seen. I realized after I ordered that a stainless version is available. Probably should link the two on the site so others know as well. I would’ve probably gone stainless if I had known.

There’s a reason why there are so many good reviews on this product. It’s because this manifold just works. It seals up perfectly, because I wasn’t able to see any smoke coming through this manifold and after a long day of riding out in the desert, there was absolutely ZERO oil oozing around this manifold and that makes me a very happy customer!

A really good, solid product. No leaks at all, no drool on the cylinder. proper quality bit of kit. The only downside is that the rubber O-rings have expanded / degraded and snapped when i have tried to remove and re-fit my pipe. looking at another review on the replacement rings it seems the same issue, when the raw fuel hits the rubber it ruins it, its probably fine while its still on the bike in place but means you will need new seals if you plan to remove and replace your exhaust. Not a massive issue at $5 per set, but a timing problem for me waiting for them to come to the UK 🙁
If buying one, which you certainty should, just get a spare set of rings for good order.
