El MSV Racing Banshee Impeller / Eje fácilmente outflows y fuera se enfría cualquier otro impulsor Banshee / eje en el mercado y el logro de + 2,0 GPM más de flujo promedio vs OEM y +1,5 GPM más de flujo promedio vs el mercado de accesorios y outcooled ellos por hasta 14 º F.
Al aumentar el caudal se reduce el tiempo de ciclo entre el motor y los radiadores, lo que permite eliminar mucho mejor el calor del motor.
Señalemos las características que lo han hecho posible:
- El impulsor se diseñó para optimizar el área de la voluta del Banshee, aumentando el caudal y la eficiencia, y está fabricado en aluminio 7075 T6-511.
- Se utilizó acero inoxidable 304 rectificado con precisión para fabricar el eje, que incorpora un vástago reducido en el paso del puerto de refrigeración. Diseñado específicamente a partir de pruebas de elementos finitos para maximizar el flujo a través del puerto de entrada, reduciendo la contrapresión y las turbulencias en el impulsor sin comprometer la resistencia requerida.
- Recubrimos el eje del impulsor con DLC para una durabilidad extrema. Este revestimiento autolubricante de gran dureza (2500HV en el durómetro Vickers es tres veces la dureza del acero tratado térmicamente y más de dos veces la dureza de un revestimiento de cromo duro) garantiza un desgaste cero del eje, una resistencia ultrabaja de la junta y una vida útil prolongada de la junta. El eje nunca se desgastará.
NOTA* Por cada 1 CV añadido al motor original del Banshee se introducen 2500 BTU en el sistema de refrigeración original. Por lo tanto, añadir 25 CV a la acción Banshees 35 CV y se introdujo 62.500 BTU MÁS de calor. Eso supone un aumento del 40% del calor añadido que el sistema de refrigeración OEM debe intentar eliminar. Mantener tu Banshee alejada del calor es clave para mantener la potencia máxima durante más tiempo.
El kit MSV Racing Banshee incluye impulsor y eje, junta cortada con láser a medida y el rodamiento Koyo.

I did the initial testing on this impeller at the Oregon Dunes. A few things impressed me. The part is beautiful! Hate to hide it away. Funny how no one else thought about the reduced shafts size and the DLC coating on the shaft is amazing!
Doing the hill shot testing and then riding the dunes with the MSV impeller the Banshee never lost power when being mercilessley flogged by my 315lbs where my P.D impeller would show power loss due to engine progressively getting hotter and hotter after the second long hill shot. If the shaft never does wear out this impeller/shaft is a steal.

I needed to replace my impellar shaft because my oem was groved. I never want to replace the shaft again. I saw the msv kit and talked with Jason he said to read about diamond like carbon DLC and after that i was sold.
